Bengaluru: The 27-year-old private company employees have approached the police, allegating that a man cheated him from Rs 8 Lakh with the pretext of getting a civil contractor at Kempegowda International Airport.
Ramesh K (Name Changed), is a population stage 2 Banashankari and Civil Contractors.
He told the police a man who identified himself as Raghavendra had met him in December 2020 and said he had contact in Kia.
Raghavendra promises Ramesh, he will give him a job at the airport and demand Rs 8 Lakh.
Ramesh believes it and gives him money at his relatives’ residence on January 11, 2021.
“He said he would give me a bid letter in a week.
But he didn’t.
He also did not return my money,” Alleged Ramesh.
