At present, 85% of work on the 493 meter flyover is over.
While all girers have been established, one plate is being thrown and the top and lower ramps are being built.
Fifteen of the 16 pillars are ready.
According to BBMP officials, 700mm water pipes that must be transferred to delayed work on the 16th pillar.
The road needs to be repaired on both sides of the flyover.
After it’s finished, it will be opened to the public gradually, officials said.
The Supreme Commissioner of the Bbmp Gaurav Gupta examined the progress of the project on Monday.
“It was delayed for several reasons.
Water pipes and sewers must be shifted, which approach three months.
Initially, the project was under litigation and then the elevated length increased.
Agreement for the revised project costs requires time.

The legisar was originally intended for a length of 326 meters.
With increasing lengths and delays, project costs jumped from Rs 19.8 Crore to Rs 39.5 Crore.
