‘The Wish’, one of his latest works, tells the abadi love story that exceeds the distance and time.
Released in September 2021, ‘The Wish’ has won praise for its plot, its emotional range and characterization of readers and critics.
Mapping two Christmas days which fell two decades separate from each other and celebrated in two different parts of the United States, ‘desire’ tells the story of Maggie Dawes, who fell in love young and could not fall from there even after 20 years.
At the age of 16, Maggie was pregnant and was sent to live with her aunt at Ocracoke by her parents.
